Q: How long will the mentoring last?
A: It is not a strict system, so don't think of it as school with a "term". It lasts as long as we are able to support you, and are on hand to answer questions, make introductions where possible. We will do our best to support you for 12 months. Our former mentees become friends.

Q: Where is the money coming from?
A: Philanthropists.

Q: Why are you doing it? What do you get out of it?
A: The benefits of mentoring are obvious. Setting up a business can be daunting and lonely. The more young people do well, the more examples they set for younger ones, the better the economy and the better the wellbeing of everyone involved. For us the sense of being part of a young person's business life is incredibly rewarding. Plus we get to show off with them too!
