BACKGROUND
Since 2015, I’ve mentored teens at the following High Schools: Simon Balle, Thomas Alleyne, and Bedford Academy and given inspiring business talks at Presdales (Ware), Chauncy (Ware), and Lord Grey (Milton Keynes). I’ve always known that teens and young adults are bursting with creativity and drive, and when given the space they truly soar!

My former business in Hertford saw a staggering increase of 150% increase in turnover in just one year (yes, you read that right!) after hiring 6 enthusiastic teenagers with no prior industry experience, they just had bags of enthusiasm, positivity and can-do. Teens are rocket fuel!

I’m eager to see what you can achieve, which is why I came up with this initiative.
